good english

to read makes our speaking English good.
Living Dead in Dallas - Charlaine Harris Living Dead in Dallas is a little slow in spots, but the story involves a cult (one of my pet subjects) and a subplot that reminded me of a certain episode of Buffy, in a fond way, so all the little bonuses make up for the slowness.

I really do love Sookie; her character actually reminds me of Janet Evanovich's Stephanie Plum, just... different. But it's that same sort of affection that keeps you reading even if things get a bit slow, if that makes sense.
