good english

to read makes our speaking English good.
Catching Fire - Suzanne Collins I cannot get enough of Katniss and the rest of Collins's characters and world. I finished Catching Fire and scampered over to Amazon to pre-order the third book in the trilogy. And I DO NOT PRE-ORDER HARDCOVERS, it's a (now-broken, obvs) rule. I just need more.

Excellent sequel, every bit as good as "The Hunger Games," so catchy I stayed up until 2:30 in the morning just to finish it.

It would have been nice, as a friend mentioned, if there had been more back-story, more explanation of how Panem became Panem, but I'm hoping that will be covered in Mockingjay -- I'm not sure if it will though, as I'm avoiding all spoilers. To be honest, part of me hopes that it will be covered in some sort of stand-alone novel, instead, just because that would mean more books.
